Custom Return & Refund Policy

Damages and Issues (Fragile & Oversized Items) Please inspect your order upon reception. Since we carry fragile glass mirrors and lighting, any shipping damage must be reported to support@veryrareware.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Reports made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a full replacement or refund due to carrier restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Oversized Items: Please note that for oversized items (including but not limited to 200cm Bean Bag Covers, Full-Length Mirrors, and Area Rugs), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns of oversized furniture and mirrors to cover original logistics and handling costs.

Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as used bedding or opened bean bag fillers).

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
